Cell phone usage in India is increasing day by day. According to a research conducted by JNU (Jawaharlal Nehru University) mobile phone radiation has a negative impact on the reproduction, defense mechanism, DNA and protein cells of rats. This condition also applies to human beings. Apart from these there is an increase in risk of cancer, arthritis, Alzheimer’s, hearth diseases, etc. Mobile radiation also degrades the blood quality, damages brain cells, causes imbalance in energy distribution, decreases fertility rate, causes growth problems, etc. To avoid these problems we need to create awareness of these issues in the younger generation as they are exposed to mobile phone radiations from a very early age. To reduce the effects of radiation use your hands-free or use the built in speakers while on a call. Use text messages or e-mails whenever possible. Avoid using your mobile phone when the received signal strength is low. When common people were asked about their views on this issue many of them said that they faced health issues such as Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s, skin problems,Phycological problems, blood pressure, mental disturbance, etc. To reduce these effects it is important to keep your body away from mobile phones and use them as less as possible.
